All orders are dispatched in a protective padded envelope via Royal Mail and should reach you in perfect condition. Your seeds will normally be sent within 3 working days to the delivery address you supply. We regret that no orders will be sent out until payment has been received.
We do not process your credit/debit card or cheque until your order is ready for despatch and you will be notified at this time if there are any problems with your order. You will be provided with an invoice detailing your transactions and the method of payment.

We warrant that the seed supplied shall be of the species and type specified. Although as these are sometimes open pollinated, occasional variations may occur and we cannot be held responsible other than for replacement of seeds.
All seeds should reach you in perfect condition, just as they left us. If you are dissatisfied in any way with their condition on arrival, please let us know within 7 working days and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Seeds are live products that depend on different skills such as proper planting time, seed depth, type of soil, irrigation, proper use of fertilizers, weed control, etc. Germination is affected by such factors as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media. Seeds are dispatched in good condition but cannot be guaranteed to grow regardless of the methods of germination used. If you are having problems please let us know. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will give you every assistance.

It is our aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days All complaints will be dealt with sympathetically.

Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days of being placed. Please inform us as soon as possible via email. If you cancel before the goods have been despatched, we will refund your money in full (including postage) within 14 days. If goods have been despatched, please return them to us and we will issue a refund within 14 days. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in the condition in which they were sent to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

There may be problems importing seeds to your country due to certain restrictions. Please will you check with your authorities regarding these restrictions before placing an order. We do not assume any responsibility if customs or similar agencies confiscate seeds, but we will deal very sympathetically with your case to ensure your satisfaction should incidents such as this occur.

We firmly believe in the right to your privacy, we will never send out details to third parties and will only communicate with you with your permission. We may send out, from time to time, new catalogues, special offers and information about the various Flower Shows we will be attending. If you do not wish to receive information from us in the future we will not be offended, just let us know!
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
